Hi all, I was attempting to purchase a design from the catalog and when I put in my information and hit “Save and Continue” it gives me a 404 message saying that page doesn’t exist.
This happened last time I tried purchasing a design from the catalog… not sure if it’s an error on my part or on Glowforge, but it’s getting frustrating to not be able to purchase templates from the catalog without basically having to jump through hoops…
Thanks for letting us know about this. So we can investigate for you, we’ll need a bit more information. Do you know the date and time (including time zone) when this happened? Also, which design were you trying to purchase?
