Santa Boot Print

Hi, Im a premium member and I’m trying to print the free Santa boot file. Seems like file is not loading. is anyone having this problem?

Mine loaded ok… Try clearing the cache and refreshing your browser

have cleared browser, rebooted my laptop, etc. nothing is working.

OK, well, the only other thing I can think of is your Wi-Fi and if that is working and still won’t load, then either someone else with maybe something I forgot or support will be along…

Is is in your dashboard but won’t open?

Bummer. My guess is support is going to have to do something on their end, but you might try resetting the design (click the three dots, choose design details, then reset design.)

Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble with your Glowforge.

When you edit a design on your Workspace, the changes are automatically saved as you make them. That means that if you close your browser, navigate to another page, or just hit refresh, your work will pick up right where you left off.

Should you make a change by mistake, you can use undo any time until you leave or refresh the page. If you want a clean start, you can always go to your dashboard and click the upload button to upload the file again. If you got the design from the catalog, then you can start fresh by opening the design, clicking on the three-dot icon, then Design Details, and choosing “Reset Design” to remove all changes.

If resetting the design doesn’t fix the trouble, we’ll need a bit more information to investigate. Please do the following:

  1. Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
  2. Look for the header that says “Your web browser’s unique URL”
  3. Click the button that says “Copy URL to Clipboard”
  4. Reply to this, and paste in the link provided

This will help us understand the circumstances around your error so we can work on it for you.
