Says lid is open when its not! any advice

Can anyone help me with the issue of the software saying the lid is open when it is clearly closed.
i have read other posts about it being the black lid cable, so i have followed the cleaning advice and made sure it is all connected.

any advice or help would be appreciated

If you’ve read the other threads, you’ll know support will need to see pictures of the connections, then can arrange to send a replacement cable.


I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there. My colleague Morgan replied with next steps and requested some photos yesterday. I’m going to close this topic so we can continued troubleshooting there.
