It is taking a while to scan it does not move from scanning what can I do?
There can be a lot of reasons why. Often it is a wifi connectivity problem.
Have you read through other topics to get at the basics of troubleshooting? Let us know what you have tried already and that can help narrow it down.

I’ve taken a look at the logs from your Glowforge and it looks like you’ve been able to print since opening this thread. Are you still having any difficulties?
