I have the Business license. Then I purchased the svg and the commercial license for this graphic and it still show the same error.

Scores and cuts are the same - a single line vector. The only difference is the speed/power.
Totally get your position. Personally I love SS. And I have to use it anyway when I cut vinyl. For me it’s one stop shop for a tool I already know fairly well. I do avoid buying from their shop though. I’d rather buy elsewhere.
But I only design a few dozen things a year. If I did more I’d probably learn a more standard program.

When you’re ready for a more robust design program, Silhouette makes a great plugin for Illustrator.

Looks like you have your file extensions hidden. But try loading that second file it should be your SVG
