I am working on a pass-though acrylic, every time I go to click on “unknown material” to enter the info the screen goes blank white.
I have rebooted my machine, closed all apps, and rebooted my computer.
Not having a number to call is so frustrating.
If you look before you post, you will see there are 15 existing threads and almost 200 posts about this already, many giving a workaround, and others pointing to the status page that shows GF staff are looking into the issue.
