I want to sell my Basic Glowforge. Does anyone know if Glowforge supports the new owner?
As long as it is still under warranty, yes.

I think GF supports pretty much any GF owner, whether under warranty or not. But obviously if it needs to be serviced, there will be a fee. Just make sure you transfer ownership over to that person via support.

Glowforge offers unlimited, no cost technical support to all owners. They do not differentiate between first and subsequent owners. If you have a Glowforge, you can email them at any time to get help with it.

Yes, support for basic issues is available to anyone, ongoing.
