My glowforge will not set focus anymore and throws this error every time ( Material didn’t measure).
Have utilized proof grade and non proof grade materials, different thicknesses with and without the crumb tray at the appropriate thicknesses. I have checked the ribbon connected to the print head and the motherboard on the left side and cleaned all of the lenses appropriately. This problem causes all sorts of issues with out prints and cuts. I have also recalibrated the camera.
What does the measuring are behind the two windows on either side of the lens on the bottom of the print head. It’s a red dot pointer and a camera. How do those look?

I’ve cleaned both of those lenses they appear to be fine. Not cloudy in appearance at all.
