I am a new user and I am unable to complete the app setup process I get as far as putting in my nickname and can’t go any further. Please can someone help?

Does your email appear in this screen? What happens if you go directly to Select | Glowforge? Have you tried holding down the print button on your Aura? Does it flash aqua?

I have been working on it this afternoon again and I have discovered that the Wi-Fi is dropping out so I suspect it could be where the issue is. I will keep going down that route and hope that is where the issue is.
I would like to thank you for your support it is much apricated as I am a bit of a technophobe.

It is so frustrating to get a new tool and not be able to start using it. There are lots of people in the forum with years of experience using their Glowforge, and they will help you. Come back to the forum anytime you have a problem and chances are you will get some good advice.

Thank you I am sure I will be using the forum a lot in the future if I ever get into my machine {or the machine does not end up through the window first in frustration} :-} Thanks again.
