My shipment is on hold because someone at Glowforge forgot to attach the commercial invoice with the package and they are holding it at the FedEx warehouse.
It is super disappointing as I had paid $80+ dollars in shipping for this $20 cable and glowforge made the mistake of not including an invoice for customs purposes!
If you were already communicating by email to arrange this, you will likely get much faster response by replying there than posting here. You’ve just opened a new support ticket that won’t be seen until it bubbles to the top of the new issue queue. If you reply to an existing ticket, they will see your communication much sooner.
