Unfortunately, my GF must be returned for a warranty replacement (ticket and troubleshooting already behind me https://community.glowforge.com/t/laser-does-not-find-center-upon-startup-centering/31778).
And even sadder, the shipping costs must be borne by me. 
Iām talking about 900+ dollars ā¦
Is it unfair to be disappointed?
Anyway, I have some questions, maybe you can help me:
- Has someone from Germany or Europe already done that?
- Experience with shipping (is there a free choice for the shipping company?)
- How does that go with the customs - I have paid customs at arrival - do i need to pay them again?
