Shipping Problem Paperwork


I had a problem with my first Glowforge so they send me another one and now Fedex say that they doesn’t have the right paperwork for the shipment.
I send a email to the support Saturday,

Do you guy know what I can do?

Posting here opened a ticket with support who can look into it for you.

Already have send a email about that on saturday

Now you have two tickets.

It will take them some time to look into it. Support doesn’t ship machines (or any product.)
