Does anyone know how long it takes to receive proof grade materials from Glowforge? I have a friend going to the US for a few days and wonder if I can get it to him in time. I know they ship to Canada but it doubles the price of materials ($91 for 6 pieces of walnut)
If material is in stock fairly quick but it depends on how close your friend will be to the distribution center (Texas I believe last I checked?). Generally a couple days to a week-ish.

Would it be possible for you to mail it to his hotel or the address he will be staying at before he leaves for the states? That would give you a little bit more time for the shipment to arrive. FYI, I got my last order in Florida 4 days after ordering.

That is what I wanted to do but he doesn’t know where they are staying until they get there. He is there for 10 days.
