Red LEDs in his mouth and a smoke tube for a fog machine connection is a big hit for Halloween but the smoke isn’t instant on because the machine has to heat the fluid so it can’t be motion activated
CO2 fire extinguisher but a red glow that went from 0-6 volts in 10 seconds and then the fog machine slowly increase not terrible either.
