Waiting since Tuesday for an invoice for a refurbished unit since mine can not be fixed remotely is this a normal wait time for an invoice. It seems like the only way I get a quicker response is by posting in here. I don’t like being that guy but my goodness this is silly. Please glowforge I need my invoice so my machine can be shipped.
