Slow response on proofgrade orders

Ordered some proof grade material a week ago (Feb 4th), still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. Emailed support a couple times, got back this:

"Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, I do not have any updates on your order yet, but I will be sure to let you just as soon as I have more information. I am so sorry for the delay. "

Kind of strange as in the past, my orders have been very fast, wondering if anyone else experiencing order delays and what we can do (can I cancel? other sources to order from ,etc.)

I’ve experienced the same recently. Used to be super quick to ship and now takes several days just to get shipping notifications. I just placed an order today so will see how it is. My materials always come from TN so I thought maybe it was weather/snow but they’ve been clear for a bit now.
