Snapmark on wrong printer

I seen the snapmark icon on the printer i returned. Could you please change it to Babychick2 and delete the other printer…

Different group of Support folks. You’ll need to notify them on the Snapmarks announcement thread…they’ll see it there. They might miss it here. (But according to someone who posted about it recently, they only make the modifications manually in batches, so there still might be a bit of a wait. Several folks still have them assigned to returned machines.) :slightly_smiling_face:

Per their original announcement the printers it shows up on are the easiest ones for them to calibrate - so likely your newer printer wasn’t as straightforward as your older one…it’s not based on person sadly!
