Is Glowforge software screwing up again this morning???

What exactly does that mean?
Working just fine here.

You’ve opened a support ticket by posting in this section, in case you didn’t realize that, so it helps if you provide some information so staff knows what’s going on.

That sais, I can only remember a couple of times when there has been a widespread software issue. 99% of the time the problem is on the user’s end (it’s a client-side app, after all). If clearing your cache and restarting the browser doesn’t fix it, go to and grab the link it gives you, and paste it in a message here, along with some information about what problem you’re having with it.
