Never seen anything like that before. No idea what could be causing it.

Are all of the cables plugged in properly? No broken or loose pins in the white ribbon connector? All connectors look good and are plugged in flat?

Be sure to turn the machine off before checking any of the cables.

Stuck on "Centering"

I’m so sorry you hit a snag. The issues you’re seeing might be caused by a poor connection with the cables on your lid. Please follow the steps below to check the lid connections: Turn off your unit. Open the lid. Using both hands, gently roll the laser arm to the front of the unit. There are 5 clips pictured below. Check each one to ensure it is closed. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re running into trouble. I’ve extracted the log files from your Glowforge to review your most recent prints, and it appears your unit is experiencing trouble detecting the height of the material inside of your bed.
