Anybody have any ideas on why a single print of a design takes 18 minutes but when I try to print 2 of the same exact design it jumped to 2 hours?? Material is the same, literally everything is the same.

Welcome to the forum.
Is it possible that one of the designs is rotated? Engraves can take much longer depending on their orientation.
Care to share a screenshot of your two designs that will take 2 hours rather than 36 minutes?

This happened to me once - I had accidentally stacked several copies on the second copy instead of just one instance.
