I have a worm like thing that mysteriously appeared. I’ve wiped down the lid lens and it hasn’t gone away.

Uh-oh! Looks like a bit of lint on the back of the camera lens, which might or might not interfere with actual placement. You can take a closeup of the camera lens for support to look at, to see if it shows anything. But you’ll need to hear from them regarding whether that’s a return issue. Unfortunately nothing you can do to fix it.
(Fingers crossed that it doesn’t have to go back!)

I’m so sorry to see that the lid camera is having trouble. I have replied to your email with a request to send us a photo of the lens.
Since we will continue to work on this through email. I’m going to close this thread.
