Here are the settings I used for the Square Shot Glasses from this thread: Square Shot Glass Engraving Jig Vector Engrave height .39" speed 950 power 100 (not max power) passes 1 LPI 225 I wiped the surface of the glass with a small drop dish soap spread thin with my finger. I was getting very consistent results, hopefully it will help.
