I still have not received my machine and have not received a return email since Monday. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. You have promised my original machine was sent out and was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, then the replacement was going to be shipped over a week ago. At this point I am mad and although I was extremely excited just want my $5000 back. I never seem to get a response until 9 or 10PM, and then you have the weekend coming up. I would like this resolved ASAP and not just another line of we are looking into shipping or we are sorry for the incovience we will give you a $100 gift card. What am i supposed to donwith a gift card and no machine?
