If you didn’t have enough machines, why didn’t you mention that they’re back ordered on your website so people would expect delays before ordering. Withdrawing money from bank accounts and not fulfilling the orders early is not cool!!

What was the estimated delivery date shown on the web site when you ordered your printer?
https://glowforge.com/order shows the delivery date and also states the Basic is backordered

I ordered pro and the website still doesn’t say it is backordered! I ordered it more than three weeks ago.
