The customer service I’ve experienced is pretty horrendous. Haven’t received a tracking number and has been almost a month.
Just FYI, shipping generally occurs 3 to 4 weeks after you order and payment received and then the tracking number is provided upon shipment.
Support will be able to assist you with the date if the GF has been shipped.
This varies greatly and right now it looks like everything is back ordered so for many it will be slower. Sometimes it’s faster.

To the OP, sign up for FedEx Home for alerts on shipments (while you’re at it, UPS MYChoice). That’s the most reliable way to track your order once it leaves.
