Bought a brand new aura 11/7, went to do my first print 11/9 and it’s stuck focusing and won’t move passed it. Also the button stays yellow. Any help?
You’re going to want to contact actual support as you’re still under warranty. The website, Discord, or support@glowforge.com
The yellow light can mean a temperature problem, but it can be a loose wire or something and under warranty you don’t want to start poking around!
