Hello, my Glowforge has been stuck in canceling for about an hour.
It all started because I wanted to move one object so I clicked cancel and an error popped up (I clicked fast because I was moving a item and didn’t realize it was an error until I after I clicked it).
I’ve rebooted my computer and router. I’ve tried different browsers and computers. I’ve had the Glowforge off for a bit, and even reset its network (no issues resetting its network).
Good news. After posting to topic above, I turned off my Glowforge. I turned it back on just a minute ago and waited, it said it was off-line. I waited for a few then turned it off and waited then I turned it back on.
It’s now back to working!
