Since yesterday it is stuck in preparing to print and after 10-15 min says error. I have tried from desktop and laptop restarted both computers and restarted the design versus uploading a previous one. machine was working fine engraving Sunday night and the issue started in the AM yesterday
What happens when you try to open a known file like the Gift of Good Measure?

Thank you, I spaced on printing the Gift of Good Measure…it looks like it is a file issue as it cut just fine
