I have had problems with my machine for the last 2 days. I’ve done everything. So, I tried to do a hard reset. The button went from teal to blinking teal to solid blue and is stuck there. Any suggestions?

A solid teal light indicates that the Glowforge is ready to have the wifi setup, or in your case setup again. Here is a video that I hope will assist you. Basically you need to go to the setup page and go through the same steps that you did when you received your Glowforge.
