I have had problems with my machine for the last 2 days. I’ve done everything. So, I tried to do a hard reset. The button went from teal to blinking teal to solid blue and is stuck there. Any suggestions?
A solid teal light indicates that the Glowforge is ready to have the wifi setup, or in your case setup again. Here is a video that I hope will assist you. Basically you need to go to the setup page and go through the same steps that you did when you received your Glowforge.
Oh no, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Glowforge.
I’ve reviewed your machine history and can see you’ve been able to print since contacting us.
Would you let us know if you’re still experiencing trouble with your Glowforge?
Thank you for your response. I rebooted two times and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you
