I have never had a problem with my Glowforge and I have had it for many months now. Today I decided to do the camera calibration and after I was done my Glowforge is stuck on focusing. I have turned off/unplugged the unit, reset my router, restarted my computer. No luck. Any suggestions on what to try next?

I’m so sorry you ran into trouble during calibration. It looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!

I got it working. It looks like the cable thats connected to the “print head” was loose. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. That fixed it.
