Stuck on Homing after cleaning

I was having issues with a blurry print so I proceeded to clean the machine. After cleaning the lens, lid, and other surfaces, my machine is now stuck on “Homing”. I have tried restarting the machine, my WIF and Router, confirmed the ribbon cables are connected. I have some orders I need to complete and currently down because of this issue. Please advise of steps to take to get working again.

I cleaned the two sensors on the head and it now seems to be working.
