It is getting stuck on preparing print. I have restarted, cleared cache, cleared cookies, cleared browser history, switched computers and nada!!! It just keeps cycling and I’m going crazy!!!
I suggest trying a different file - like the Gift of Good Measure from Glowforge. If that file loads and prepares to print as normal, the problem is probably the file you are trying to open.
