Need Help… My Glowforge Pro is stuck in scanning mode and it says Head no found. I have cleaned the lens, centered the device and still not working?! Any other ideas? Please?! Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
Is the logo on top of the head, and the camera lens clean? That’s what it uses to find said head! Also if you’ve got a bright light or a window that’s shining into your machine that can sometimes confuse it.

Is the machine clicking when you first turn it on?

Check the connection to the print head.
