I would love to see Glowforge offer video tutorials. I have only the very basic knowledge able to operate my wonderful GF. I’m also the least “techno” person I know, so learning about the technical aspects doesn’t come easily. I’m quite sure there are many others in the same boat. Short videos would such a great thing to enhance the learning and to expand my/our capacity to use this fabulous invention!

They do have a few.
Search the forum for “tutorial videos” and you’ll find a ton, both by Glowforge and by users.
