Support MIA? What should I do?

I ordered a Glowforge Pro which was delivered last week. It came defective and i was able to work with support to determine they need to send me a new head unit (tested the good measure test, sent them pictures etc). That was April 6th, and i haven’t heard from them since, though i have emailed numerous times. Is there another way to get ahold of them? Am i doomed to just have a non-working 6k boat anchor?
