Support not answering

I placed an order for proofgrade materials and received it quicky, but many of the materials came with odd stickers on them with handwriting, or had gouges and/or weren’t properly masked . I’ve never had an issue like this before.

I emailed support twice within the last week and have yet to receive a reply. I prefer not to post here, but I also don’t like being ignored.

This is not the quality or service that I expect.

Can someone please (@dan ?) please respond to my emails? I emailed a number of photos and prefer not to repeat myself. I thought the new supplier was supposed to fix issues, but from this order it looks like it has made things worse.

Oh no! I’m so sorry that your materials were poorly masked and that we didn’t reply promptly. I have replied to your email now, and I’m looking into what happened to make sure that neither issue repeats!
