Another small makecnc model cut from proofgrade maple hardwood. I took their 1/4 inch model and scaled it down by 50% to get it to 1/8 inch. The fit was really tight. In theory 1/8" should be slightly larger than 3mm, but the metric models I did seemed to fit better. I accidently snapped off part of the connector on one of the wings (visible in the first picture). But the fit was tight enough that it was still holding well and with glue I think it’ll be fine.
