I’ll give that a try.
I just tried one and it didn’t seem to line up, maybe i’m doing something wrong but here’s my pdf. I was pretty disappointed, I’m going to try a smaller box next time.

I opened it up in Inkscape and it looks good. What do you mean by not lining up? did you try printing it out in cardboard first? That works pretty good for testing. Is it a scaling issue with metric?
well it seems like the right piece doesn’t line up correctly. i can get all but one piece together. but i did move it, maybe i accidentally resized it
