Hello!! My carriage went all crooked on me during a cut. I turned it off immediately and went to reposition it and noticed that the tension belt on the right was really slack. I went to tighten it in the back and there was nothing wrong in the back so I went to the front and noticed that the pulley could be moved all around, however no way to tighten or even access. For the life of me I cannot find anything online regarding this issue or what the technical name for this is!! It looks like it may be connected to a motor. Whenever I search for tension pulley all I get is how to fix the ones in the back and on the carriage plate but nothing regarding the ones in the front. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!
