In point of fact, I was impressed at how much better it was than Blender. I had not known any more about Inkscape than hearing the name before buying the Glowforge. Compared to a few years back when newcomers were pretty much at sea, all the Open Source programs that I have followed have spent a lot of effort to become way more newcomer-friendly than they were.

Actually, no. Professional designers do not use Inkscape, it’s ridiculously clunky. If they’re going to snub Adobe they’ll use the Affinity suite.

Yes it is, I’m sure its most likely user error as a kept toggling between vids and inkscape til the crash! lol
