Thank to all the help that was given to me from tech support. I had a bad ribbon cable on my pro that was 2.5 years old. Sent them pictures and what I was seeing happen here and they properly diagnosed the problem, got me the invoice for the new part and shipped it out promptly. I greatly appreciate your help.
