The blue light will not turn off after a job. I can send the job again and it will give me a run time but won’t let me start the job. Someone please help because I’m not getting any help from support.

Well either way. After I press the button run a print the light stays on and I can not send anything else to the printer. Any thoughts on way this is happening
It sounds like the machine hasn’t been Setup yet. The only time I know of for a blue light is when the machine is broadcasting a WiFi signal. Once it’s setup the button will be white.
