I’ll try resetting the PW but this should probably be looked at.
I also cannot log into the app. Resetting password did not solve the problem. Looks like for now, I will continue to use the web page through Safari.
I am using iPad Pro 10inch. I am unable to rotate my image. I am unable to shrink my image beyond a certain size.
I have an iPad Pro and an IPhone 7. I can’t use the app on either one currently. When I try to load the design it just continues loading and never finishes. I’ve tried delegating and reinstalling the app. Same happens when it’s my own file and when it’s the premade files from glow forge.
Just used the iPad app for the first time! I like how the library scrolls, much easier than having to click to load. I couldn’t get my design to rotate, but I’ll look up how to do that later.

Will there be an Android app in the future? I personally use zero Apple products and have no plans to. .

Me either. 
I do use it on android in the chrome browser often, though. It’s super handy when you are standing next to the Glowforge but your computer is at your desk.
Apple is just waaaaay too proprietary for my taste.
I do the same in Chrome on my Surface Pro but I thought that there might be some significant differences in the app. Like possibly being able to add more than one item from saved projects rather than downloading again to get seperate items into the workspace (hint, hint… just wondering if that will be available in the future, by any chance?)

I believe Android users can use it through the Chrome browser, if I understand what Dan was referring to above.
I also would love to see an Android app. I’d never touch Apple.

The app keeps stalling at the “Loading your design” page. It doesn’t seem to matter how large or small the design is. And then, every now and then, it sometimes goes to the screen where I can print. I have an iPhone 8+.
I’m using the iPad mini running OS 11.0.3 Im logged in and can open the files screen but the same thing as variablez is happening. Tried loading a design that I used earlier on my Mac and just sits spinning for the last fifteen minutes. Tried a very simple design and same thing.
One feature that would be great is to be able to mirror what my Mac is doing. I’d like to tweak on my Mac then go to my shop where the GF is and use the iPad to do the prints on for multiple cuts. This way I’m not running in and out of the house fifty times a day.

Just tried this in Safari and it was fast as the Mac and works great… So why do we need this iPad App that does not work?
I can’t log into this app. I know my password and user name are right but it doesn’t even let me log in.
Any update on this issue? I get the “Loading your design” often and it just sits there. Strangely, It seems to only do it on certain files, but I can’t pinpoint any differences that might cause it. Anyone else still having these issues?
Large files / spotty wi-fi would be the most obvious culprits.
