Trying to return my glowforge and compact filter, no response

I have been emailing every day and no one is responding. I am on my third defective glowforge and I want to get a refund. They told me in a previous support email that they would return it with no restocking fee and when I asked for return shipping labels - silence.

Can anyone from glowforge please respond? I need this returned asap.

Every time you email or create a new topic in this section it opens a support ticket. From what i understand when multiple tickets are opened by a user they need to be grouped and when that happens your issue gets moved to the back of the line. If possible i would stop emailing them every day and wait for a few business days, it might help speed up the response time. hope this helps.
