I’m trying to set up my profile for my new Aura machine but I can’t get past the first page. There is no continue button so I can’t complete it. So I can’t use the machine until I do. What can i possibly be doing wrong???

My first thought would go to any add-ons you have running such as adblockers or theme customizers or similar. Sometimes some browsers act funny though most of GFs life, Chrome has worked most reliably, but not perfectly.

You already have a profile set up - you’re using it right now to post on this forum.
Just go thru the machine setup process using the same credentials.

What happens when you click the “Dashboard” tab at the top of this page?

I am having this same issue and support hasn’t been help, whenever I try to hit create it takes me right back to this page where I can’t move forward, if you figured it out please let me know, I’m considering returning as it isn’t being user friendly for me. I’ve also gone thru the set up process 2 times, used a new email and still doesnt work, wont open in any type of browser or on my phone. I tried everything the customer service guy said

How can I explain what I get when I click dashboard? It’s a bunch of stuff but it still doesn’t get me moving on.
Thanks. I solved the problem, finally by deleting the nickname I entered there and I got a continue button. I notice that glowforge has a ton of glitches on their website. They need to work on it.
