My tube cracked this morning. Please someone contact me ASAP, this is my 3rd machine.
That’s a first for me. Were you using it at the time?
Might as well start boxing it up.
Yes I was using it. I just starting cutting a small project and I heard a pop. I immediately turned it off.

I’m so sorry to see that the laser tube has failed. I see you’ve also emailed us about this and I’ve just followed up with the next steps to receive a replacement.
