Hi All

I have been contacted by UPS to ask for information on the basic glow forge they currently are holing for me to clear customs. can anyone help me with the following information ??

  • Customs procedure/Reason for import
  • Commodity Code or Plain language goods description
  • Your Eori/VAT number
  • Approval to use your Deferment Approval Number (DAN), where appropriate
  • Any other information we must take into account when completing this Customs declaration on your behalf

I’m terribly sorry for the late reply. Your Glowforge shipped with a commercial invoice that includes the information you’ll need for delivery. I checked your shipment details and see that your Glowforge has been delivered so I’m going to close this topic.
