I am trying to clean my exhaust fan and when I get to the part where I choose my printer there is nothing on the screen to chose from.
Double checking - is your unit powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi?

That would have been too easy 
I’m afraid I don’t have a follow-up suggestion other than maybe try it in a different browser.
