I previously used a design for some cute moon dangle earrings via Glowforge premium. I am no longer using premium, but when I went to purchase the design, which is listed for $4.99, I am greeted with text saying " Your Glowforge Premium membership has expired. Upgrade to print this design again (and many more!)". After checking a few other random designs, this issue appears to be unique to this item. Could it have something to do with this item being a ‘Glowforge Exclusive’? I would really like to buy it, many friends of mine adore the earrings.

You could try cleaning your browser cache and see if that helps

If clearing your cache and/or opening the app in a different browser does not resolve the issue, you will need to contact Glowforge catalog support.

You have “free access” one at a time as long as you are in premium. If you drop premium then you either pay for “one at a time” or for the infinite case, in which you can print an infinite number of that design.
