I am aware this topic continues to come up here. However, I have not seen the fix/repair/solution for this.
Pass Thru Print returns a “print unsuccessful” without printing any part of the design. I have done all the recommended options giving in this forum and from glowforge rep. The problem has not been resolved. Beyond the calibrating, checking connections, cleaning the machine completely, etc… Does anyone have the magic trick to fix this?
Trying to remember when I saw that…maybe just move the design up slightly higher. (Sometimes it touches the gray no-cut zone at the bottom and that keeps it from processing.)
